DOES MAYAN MICROZYME WORK IN HYDROPONICS? Yes, the microorganisms in the formula can attach to the root systems of plants and any substrate media that is used in hydroponics. The microorganisms also circulate in the nutrient reservoir, improving nutrient uptake and availability. Results may be improved root and plant growth, and enhanced yields.
WHAT SOURCES OF ENERGY DO THE NITROGEN-FIXING BACTERIA USE? They use mostly carbon and nitrogen compounds. Primarily then all forms of sugars, amino acids and other forms of nitrogen.
WHAT TYPES OF MICROORGANISMS ARE IN THE FORMULA? Azotobacter vinelandii, an aerobic free-living nitrogen fixer, Clostridium pasteurianum, an anaerobic free-living nitrogen fixer, and a broad-spectrum blend of microorganisms common in fertile soils.
DOES MAYAN MICROZYME CONTAIN ANY CARBON? Yes, in the form of sugars as a temporary food source for the bacteria.
WILL THE MICROORGANISMS CONTINUE TO PROLIFERATE DURING DROUGHT CONDITIONS? No, they will go into spore and may proliferate when moisture conditions are present again.
